Wholesale Shipping

We deliver to your logistics operator’s warehouse in Korea. Costs and timelines are provided upon request.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Check your country’s customs regulations before ordering. If a package is held, contact customs for tax payment. If it must be returned, we will reship or refund (excluding courier fees).

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns if:

• The product has manufacturing defects.

• The wrong item was received.
