Mennus is a filler based on polylactic acid and carboxymethyl cellulose for complex facial rejuvenation. This product has a bicomponent structure, in which carboxymethyl cellulose gel provides physical restoration of lost volumes, and polylactic acid increases the absorption of gel particles into deeper layers of the dermis. This filler acts gradually, stimulates the synthesis of the skin’s own collagen, restores elasticity and firmness of the skin by replenishing the components of the intercellular matrix lost due to age-related changes. The filler has a dense and compact structure and is specially designed for augmentation procedures and correction of the most pronounced mimic and gravitational wrinkles.
